Do you ship worldwide? Not yet — but we're growing thoughtfully. Right now we ship to Canada, the USA, select European countries, and Australia & New Zealand. More destinations coming as we expand. 🌍

How long will my order take to ship? Canadian orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 days. US orders ship every Monday and Thursday and arrive in 5–10 business days. International orders take 10–20 business days depending on destination.

How much does shipping cost? Canada and USA — $10 flat rate, free on orders over $85. Alaska and Hawaii — $25 flat rate, free on orders over $125. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Will I be charged customs or import fees? International and US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees set by your country or US Customs. These fees are outside of our control and are the full responsibility of the customer. They are not grounds for a refund or return. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. 

Do bees die when you collect bee venom? No. Ethical bee venom collection does not harm bees. A gentle frequency encourages the bees to release a tiny amount of venom onto a glass plate. Their stinger does not detach and the bees fly away unharmed.

Can I use bee venom if I have sensitive skin or eczema? We recommend patch testing first. Bee venom increases circulation and may not be suitable for everyone with sensitive or reactive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

What if I'm allergic to bees? If you have a known bee allergy, do not use products containing bee venom, propolis, royal jelly, or bee pollen.

Are your products natural? Yes. All of our products are crafted with natural, high-quality ingredients including botanicals, infused oils, beeswax, tallow, herbal extracts, and bee-derived ingredients.

Why does my product look or feel different from my last order? Because our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, scent, or texture are normal and do not affect product performance.

What is the shelf life of your oil-based products? Most oil-based products last 12–18 months. Store away from heat and direct sunlight for best results.

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding? Some herbs and bee-derived ingredients may not be recommended during pregnancy or nursing. Please consult a healthcare provider before use.

What should I do if my product melts during shipping? Place the product in the fridge to firm it up again. This does not affect quality.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? All sales are final due to the nature of handmade skincare. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. If a return is approved, refunds are issued only once the package has been received back in Canada and inspected. Original shipping costs and any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not already shipped.
