Order Processing

Canadian and international orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

US orders ship twice weekly, every Monday and Thursday. If Monday falls on a statutory holiday, orders will ship the following Tuesday. Orders placed after 6pm on a ship day will go out on the next scheduled ship date.

All orders ship with tracked shipping only. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Canadian Shipping 🍁

  • Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate (Canada Post or Canpar depending on your region)
  • Free Shipping — on orders over $85
  • Expedited Shipping — calculated at checkout

Delivery times vary by province but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

USA Shipping 🇺🇸 We ship to all 50 states via Canpar, handed off to USPS for final delivery.

Contiguous USA (48 states)

  • Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate
  • Free Shipping — on orders over $85
  • Allow 5–10 business days for delivery after shipment

Alaska & Hawaii

  • Standard Shipping — $25 flat rate
  • Free Shipping — on orders over $125
  • Allow 7–14 business days for delivery

Europe, Australia & New Zealand 🌍 We ship to select European countries and Australia & New Zealand via Canada Post or a comparable tracked international carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any fees charged by your country are outside of our control and are not grounds for a refund or return. We recommend researching your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive after being marked "Delivered" by the carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to help.



REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Natures Experience, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because our items are skincare, herbal preparations, and apothecary goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. All items are final sale for safety and quality reasons.

Final Sale Items All products are final sale. We cannot offer returns or refunds due to scent preference, texture differences, skin reactions, change of mind, or allergies discovered after use. Patch testing is recommended, especially for bee products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@naturesexperience.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and packaging photos if applicable. We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.

Returns & Refunds If a return is approved, your refund will be issued once the package has been received back in Canada and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Shopify Payments. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear once processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.



GENERAL SHOP POLICIES

Handmade & Small-Batch Variations All products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Variations in colour, texture, scent, or firmness may occur from batch to batch — this is normal and part of working with botanicals and bee-derived ingredients. These variations do not impact product performance or quality.

Heat Sensitivity Products containing tallow, oils, beeswax, or herbal infusions may soften or melt if exposed to heat during transit. Place the product in the fridge to restore texture. This does not affect product quality.

Product Use All items are for external use only unless stated otherwise. Please review ingredient lists carefully, especially if you have sensitivities to herbs, essential oils, or bee-derived ingredients. Patch testing is recommended for all skincare products.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer Our products contain natural ingredients, herbs, essential oils, and bee-derived ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to read all ingredient lists before purchase. Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you have a known bee allergy, do not use products containing bee venom, propolis, royal jelly, or bee pollen.
